Bass in Studio Systems
FEATURES: The R3853 features the patented Radial chassis. By positioning the chassis in front of the cone and bolting it to the magnet centre pole it acts as a heatsink to maintain a low voice coil temperature. This reduces
power compression and maximises dynamic range. It also minimises the change in Thiele-Small parameters that result from increased coil resistance caused by high temperatures thus preserving the system bass alignment.
Lower temperature operation also means improved reliability. The R3853 is intended for use in high power professional studio monitors.
